M/s Nuway Organic Naturals India Ltd. have set up Grain based plant to produce one of the finest quality of spirit ENA and liquors IMFL(vodka , malted whiskies and other premium brands) & PML

The company has adopted one of the best technologies available in this field from internationally reputed and established companies. T he technology adopted is advanced proven technology in process, production and effluent treatment methods, utilizing 100% effluent treatment within the complex and recycling the same therefore leaving zero discharge to the environment friendly.

Project for the production capacity of 45 KLPD ENA is located at Rajpura in Punjab in north India. The project cost is Rs80 Crores,

Socio-Economic aspects considered by the promoter include income generation to the farmers and employment to the educated Youth in the region, IMFL premium brands including Vodka produced from the distillery will be of quality suitable to market amongst the compatible premium and special grades The project have a sophisticated laboratory to monitor and maintain the quality control during production, besides it's ability to conduct R&D activities, to innovate and improve the processing techniques.

The major utilities in the distillery include electric power, steam, water & compressed air. The project is based on a zero discharge effluent system while adopting the technology which is established for its efficiency levels. The solid cake is removed is a highly nutritious cattle feed. The clear water coming out is subjected to further RO treatment and then the entire quantity is recycled in the process and make up water for the cooling towers.

The plant hopes to achieve Rs 50 Crore turn over in the very first year of its operation which will improve drastically in the subsequent operational period..
